Advanced production

INTENT 2.0 universal stove is made from 1.5 mm thick AISI 439 stainless steel. The chimney segments are made from AISI 430 steel.

We use modern CNC machines for metal laser cutting in our manufacturing process, which ensures perfect quality and precise cuts without defects. High-quality welding guarantees a long lifespan of the product.

The thickness of steel in the furnace firebox has been increased to 1.5 cm, which significantly improves the resistance to deformation under the weight of the stove. This makes the furnace more resistant to high temperatures and helps it retain its visual appeal even after repeated use.

Quick release legs greatly simplify the installation of the stove. This is especially important during the cold season, as it allows for quick assembly and disassembly. The legs are also equipped with frost-resistant plastic tips that can be adjusted in height and angle, ensuring a stable position on any surface.

The ashtray utilizes a patented thermal rupture technology, which uses laser-cut, ultra-thin slots to ensure the metal maintains its structural integrity even when exposed to high temperatures. As a result, the ashtray does not deform and retains its original shape during use. These slots also prevent ash from spilling out. The ashtray's unique shape optimizes airflow management, making draught control even more efficient. When the ash pan is fully closed, the airflow is entirely sealed off.

The grate is the most thermally stressed component of the stove. It is no surprise that it may be the first to deform over time. However, now you can easily replace it and your oven will be as good as new. Additionally, the new grate is made from a more heat-resistant steel, ensuring even longer durability.

There is no risk of getting burned by the door hook anymore. Now, the door opens and closes more easily and quickly, and it can be opened and closed with your foot in just 1 second.

• Secure the stove carefully on the ground to prevent them from tipping over.
• Do not touch the stove walls or chimney when they are in use.
• Do not allow drunk people or children to use the stove.
• Do not use gas, flammable substances, coal, cardboard, or paper to ignite the stove.
• Do not leave the stove door open.
• Make sure that the stove and chimney segments are tightly connected.
